About C.J.
From Duluth
to the NFL
C.J. Ham grew up in Duluth, Minnesota, and played his high school football at Duluth Denfeld before walking on at Augustana University in Sioux Falls. He went undrafted in 2016, signed with the Minnesota Vikings, and developed into one of the NFL's most respected fullbacks.
Across ten seasons with the Vikings, C.J. earned two Pro Bowl selections, was voted a team captain four times, and was twice named the team's Walter Payton NFL Man of the Year nominee. Family remains at the center of everything he does. He and his wife Stephanie are raising three children, and through his youth camps and scholarship funds he invests in the next generation of athletes and students in the communities that shaped him.

C.J. and Stephanie's impact reaches well beyond football. Together they fund scholarships that help students in Duluth and Sioux Falls get to and through college, honor cancer survivors through Pamper Her Purple and the American Cancer Society in memory of C.J.'s mother, stay invested in the Boys & Girls Clubs that helped raise him, and support Minnesota Distance Elite and its post-collegiate runners chasing national and Olympic goals. It all traces back to one idea their family lives by: see people, know people, love people.
